Delivery to Canada and the northeast United States is included on every furniture order. Our team uncrates the piece, assembles it, places it in the room you choose and removes all packaging.

Smaller objects such as vessels, throws and cushions ship by tracked courier in three to five business days.

Furniture is built after you order. Most pieces take eight to ten weeks. Custom sizes and special stone take twelve to sixteen.

• You receive a build update at each stage: frame, finishing and final inspection.
• Delivery is booked about two weeks before your piece is ready, to a two-hour window.
• Need it for a date? Tell us at checkout and we will say plainly whether it is possible.

Please tell us about elevators, narrow stairs or tight corners when you order. We measure every doorway against the piece before it leaves the workshop.

Stairs beyond two flights, crane lifts and building-booking fees are quoted separately before your delivery is confirmed.

Please inspect each piece with our team before they leave. If anything is wrong, note it on the delivery form and we will make it right at no cost.
