Returns
Furniture made for you is hard to resell, so we keep this simple and fair.
AURELIA is a fictional brand created for a Blackbox Development demonstration. The policies on this page are sample text.
Objects and in-stock items
Unused objects in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We send a prepaid label within Canada.
Made-to-order furniture
Because each piece is built for you, furniture cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started. You can cancel for a full deposit refund within 48 hours of ordering.
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we repair it, rebuild it or refund it, your choice.
Not sure about a finish?
Order free material samples before you commit. They arrive in about a week, and a design consultant can walk you through them by video.
How refunds work
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within seven business days of our receiving the item or confirming the issue.
