About AURELIA
We make a small collection of furniture, slowly and by hand, for people who want it to last.
Our story
AURELIA began in a small Montréal workshop with one idea: a sofa should be as well built as a house. Frames in kiln-dried hardwood. Joints that are cut, not stapled. Seats that are tied by hand.
We design in the same room where we build, so every drawing meets a real piece of wood before it becomes a product. The collection stays small on purpose. We would rather make forty pieces well than four hundred badly.
Today the atelier serves homes, hotels and architects across Canada and the northeast United States.
