Ordering
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Furniture is built after you order, in the finish you choose. That is how we keep the quality high and the waste low. Small objects usually ship from stock.
Can I change the size of a piece?
Most pieces can be made to your exact dimensions. Use Design Your Space or write to us, and we will quote within two business days.
Can I see materials before I order?
Yes. Order free samples of any wood, stone, leather or textile, or visit the studio in Montréal.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Eight to ten weeks for most furniture, twelve to sixteen for custom work. You get an update at each stage of the build.
Do you deliver to the United States?
Yes, to the northeast United States with white-glove service. Other regions are quoted individually.
What if it does not fit through my door?
Tell us about your access when you order. We check every piece against your doorways, and can build sofas in separable parts.
Care and service
What does the warranty cover?
A lifetime warranty on frames, and shorter terms on components and finishes. See the warranty page for details.
Can marks and wear be repaired?
Almost always. Wood can be sanded and refinished, stone resealed and upholstery re-covered by the atelier.
Do you work with designers?
Yes. The Trade Program offers project pricing, samples and 3D files for architects and designers.
